My Background and Approach
With advanced degrees in choir conducting and solo singing, I’ve found that traditional training alone doesn’t answer all questions. That’s why I combine scientific vocal techniques with holistic practices to offer a comprehensive approach to singing. Check my artistic website!
Here’s how I integrate my methods:
-
Scientific Techniques: I use methods like The Phonopedic Method, logopedy, CVT, and EVT for precise vocal development.
-
Holistic Practices: I incorporate Feldenkrais, Pilates, and the Franklin Method to connect vocal training with natural body movement.
-
Dance Experience: With over 10 years of experience in contemporary dance and contact improvisation, I bring a unique perspective to vocal training, emphasizing body awareness and movement.
-
Current Studies: I am currently studying at the Somatic Academy in Berlin, further deepening my understanding of somatic practices.
This blend of techniques and experiences allows me to teach voice in a way that is both technically sound and deeply connected to the body’s natural movement.
